Traditional Chinese Medicine Regimen, which is the concept of ‘prevention is better than treatment’ clarifies methods of health preservation. The pattern of self-care, stress management, time management, social network, environmental modification, productive activity, and entertainment were reviewed intend to increase interest on the application of Lifestyle Redesign and Traditional Chinese Medicine Regimen in occupational therapy. We elaborate the native concept of occupational therapy in Traditional Chinese Medicine Regimen, as well as the relationship between the International Classification of Functioning, Disability, and Health, connections between with Lifestyle Redesign, and discussed whether they can be conjunctively applied in occupational therapy.
