Abstract
This paper mainly discusses the problems of the state observer designed by output sampled-data and the stabilization via observed state feedback. The linear sampled-data observer is firstly constructed and then the control scheme is proposed based on the Lyapunov function and linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) methods. A numerical example is used to illustrate the effectiveness of our approaches.
