摘要
Objective: To investigate the impact of physical activity on the pain and posture control of patients with chronic non-specific low back pain (CNSLBP). Method:Based on whether they met the physical activity standards recommended by the World Health Organization or not,the participants were divided into two groups (i.e.,physically active group and physically inactive group),31 CNSLBP patients in each group. The basic information of the patients was collected, and the low back pain and posture control ability were evaluated(including waist flexion and extension, standing on one leg with closed eyes as well as lower quarter Y balance test). Result: Compared with the physically inactive CNSLBP patients, the physically active patients had less pain symptoms and better postural control, including the most severe pain score in the past week (P<0.01),the average pain score in the past week (P<0.01),waist flexion and extension range of motion (P<0.05),static balance (P<0.05),and most Y balance tests. Conclusion:Physically active CNSLBP patients have less pain intensity and better postural control than physically inactive patients.
