摘要

Object: To analyze the risk factors of choking events in psychiatric geriatric patients and construct a grading evaluation model. Then its practicality was preliminarily discussed with the aim of reducing the risk of choking and suffocation in patients. Methods: Through literature retrieval and expert group meeting, the risk level evaluation model of choking event was initially formed. Delphi method was used to inquire the rationality and scientific of indicators at all levels of the model, and a grading research model of choking events in psychiatric elderly patients was constructed. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used to calculate the weights of indicators, and the model was applied to clinical cases to test its practical operability. Results: A risk level grading model for choking events in elderly psychiatric patients, including 7 indicator layers and 14 sub-indicator layers, was established to form a 4-level risk guidance standard. The model was also applied to the clinical management of psychiatric elderly patients to guide the orderly clinical work. Conclusion: The hierarchical model of choking events in elderly psychiatric patients has good scientific validity and accuracy, which can better refine the workflow and reduce medical risks, and play a positive role in promoting the development and progress of risk management in elderly psychiatric patients.
